A ROOM SELF CONTAIN available at SURULERE. My rent expired last month (April) and I’ve managed to pay N100k out of the N150k total rent. Cut long story short, EMERGENCY!!EMERGENCY!! I have to relocate ASAP. I’ll charge 50k for Agent and agreement. So you’re expected to pay me 150k, then balance oga landlord 50k.
