I have been experiencing this for a while and I am tired,. My 2008 Toyota Camry drives perfectly but of recent, won't pass the 3000 rpm when I am driving,. Once it gets to that 3000rpm till jerks and shutters as if the accelerator is not working,. Then it I release and throttle again,. It works,. Please what's happening,. Help oooo,. I have changed injector mouth,. Cleaned nuzzles ,. Nothing,. Has anyone experienced this

thats the problem, stop wasting money.

You need to reconfirm that the check engine light on the dash board is not blocked. Just turn on the ignition and all the lights will show. From there you can confirm.
possible causes are:
-weak or bad fuel pump
-clogged or bad fuel filter
-clogged or bad air filter
-clogged or bad nozzle
-clogged or bad injector mouth
-bad plugs
-bad ECU
-others

Look for a competent rewire. Let the check your crankshaft and camshaft sensor

@ OP You need a mechanic with a dealer-level scanning tool, not that cheap N10k tools
Your throttle positioning sensor might be fried or needs re-learning.it might be one of them ones fixed with the pedals. but scan 1st
