Age: 40
I checked SINP the Noc is not on the exclusion list

Got Authorization Letter from IRCC. Hence posting what I did to obtain it. You can try it if you have any siblings living in Canada
(Please DO NOT send me personal messages, here I am explaining everything I did to obtain the letter)

I am the primary applicant while my wife is dependent. Her sister lives in Canada. Therefore, she is eligible for travel exemption.

Step 1- Filled up the statutory declaration form from https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/documents/pdf/english/kits/forms/imm0006e-2020-10-09.pdf
Send it to her sister living in Canada and asked her to complete rest of the part and after that she NOTARIZED it by an appropriate authority in Canada

Step 2- Her sister sent the notarized declaration form to us. We had to submit it with our application of travel exemption.

Step 3- Her sister also sent her Canadian Passport, Driving License (These will ensure your siblings status in Canada)

Step 4- Prepared a quarantine plan.
Accommodation_I wrote I will book through Airbnb. |
Grocery_I wrote I will get it from Amazon and I have amazon prime
Food_ I wrote I will get food delivery from UBER eats.
Transport from Airport_ I wrote I will use UBER
I also mentioned I would get a private health insurance.

Step 5- Emailed to IRCC.COVID-TravelExemptions-Exemptionsdevoyage-COVID.IRCC
subject- Request for Written Authorization to reunite with extended family member

Included our Name, DOB, Passport, UCI number, Application number.

Reason for travel- We wrote, currently we are living in Australia with no relatives here. It is also risky to go back to my home country (Bangladesh) since the COVID cases are high. It has been mentally challenging for us to stay here now and we need support from family members.

Attachments-
1. Quarantine plan
2. Proof of relationship between my wife and her sister (birth certificate)
3. Statutory declaration form

Had to wait for 18 business days after that they approved travel exemption only for my wife with 6months validity. They send me a separate email on same email address mentioning my request for authorization letter rejected.

After 3 days I have send them another email with a subject 'Request for Authorization to Unite Immediate Family member'
Even though my wife didnt go to Canada yet, I explained we want to travel together and I need an AL for it. On the email I did not attach anything.

Got a reply after 12 days from IRCC. They asked me to provide,
1. My passport no, DOB, UCI, application number.
2. Proof of relationship with my wife .
3. Proof of immigration status of my wife
4. Proof of Travel Authorization of my wife.

I have sent another email with following attachments,
1. Passport no, UCI, DOB, Application number
2. Marriage certificate
3. Scanned copy of her VISA
4. Her Travel authorization letter.

After 9 days, my request of Travel Authorization Letter was approved. The Authorization letter will be valid for 3months.

Please walk into the branch, I’ve just confirmed, my husband said they do and call center guys are inefficient and don’t have all the information.

The score cannot increase as EE and work permit are different programmes.if he has job offer he should apply for work permit.
The only way score can increase in EE profile under LMIA exempt is if only he has work permit and has worked in Canada for at least 1 year.

If it’s just transcript you’re trying to collect you don’t need to be in Ibadan. As I explained to someone else on this group once you pay the transcript fee and apply for the transcript, you’d need to upload your notification of result and that WES form on the request transcript platform, You’ll also need to fill out the destination of the transcript, courier type and some other details. Upon submission you’d see a list of names and phone numbers at the bottom of the request sheet. You can call any of them so they’d follow up and get it done for you. They’re actually the guys who work with the courier services available.
I suggest you use DHL the Lady handling the transcript collection and mailing for them is very efficient. I think her name is Desola. I contacted her and she got it all done and sent in a week.

Is this for post graduate or undergraduate transcript? The one I need is undergraduate transcript. In your mail, you directed me to the post graduate website. I was kind of confused. I’ve also sent you a mail. Thank you

There is nothing on WES' website requiring DOB on transcript. In fact it might actually be a plus for you if DOB is omitted due to the DOB mismatches many have experienced and the length they've gone to have it corrected.

Please someone should put me through. I uploaded my BSc certificate instead of MSc on WES. My status has been on hold with a note that I should submit my documents.

I have however submitted my MSc certificate now for about 3 days now but the status hasn't changed. Should I be worried?

What happened was that we had our medical in April last year,but my spouse’s medical delayed d confirmation of medical due to the scar on her lungs due to past Tuberculosis issue(she had to do further X-ray and tests). We were later confirmed to Pass Medical and uploaded on our profile on Dec 2nd 2020.

I am kinda surprise to receive a re-medical request for d remaining four members of d family(excluding my spouse).

is this normal for other members to receive re-medical request when, the “Medical Passed” was just uploaded on our IRCC portal in December 2020?

should we go ahead and do the medicals for the four members of the family?

Hi. The situation is self-explanatory IMO. That you were confirmed to pass medical 8 months later in Dec 2020 doesn't eliminate the fact that you did medicals in Apr 2020. The medicals request is typically one year after your appearance at any of the facilities, regardless of when you/your family got pass status.

Yes, you need to do as they have requested. It's their process, you have to follow. I know it's going to cost you to redo it, God will keep providing.

I suppose that should be what it means. If they would be needing remed for her, I'm sure they would reach out.
