Nollywood actor Alexx Ekubo has shaved off his beard for a movie project he is working on, Igbere TV reports.

The 34-year-old shared a video of himself getting a clean shave in an Instagram post on Friday.

He said the movie their shooting is by comedian AY and is set in Kaduna.

“I SHAVED MY BEARDS & ALTERED MY LOOK. Filming an @aycomedian blockbuster in Kaduna. This sensational story would send you on a roller coaster of emotions.

“Be expectant. We are working, when we are done, you would like it,” he wrote.

Alexx did not reveal the title of the movie and the role he will be playing.

On February 5, Alexx shared a casting call post, looking for a person to play his younger self in the movie.

“From the Stable of @aycomedian movie productions, we are in URGENT need of my lookalike, someone who can ACT & pass as a younger version of me btw the ages of 10 – 13 & can speak FLUENT HAUSA LANGUAGE (pls it’s very important you can speak & understand),” he wrote.

One thing I like about Alex is that he is an example of a man that takes good care of himself. Regardless of his popularity, he keeps fit and eat healthy. No wonder girls will always die for him.
