No Social Distance In A Class Of Over 400 Students

These are over 400 students of uniabuja receiving lecture in a small hall. No proper ventilation, no social distance and not even face mask. You'll also find same crowd in other classes.

Thanks to the disappointment from government for so many years, cynicism has eaten deep into the average Nigerian so very many people believe this whole Covid noise is just government looking for another way to 'cashout' and this is a very dangerous mindset. I only hope that whatever is keeping the numbers down continues to keep it down because it obviously isn't our attitude towards Covid.......

The North IS always behaving primitive. Why cant they take the online form, There counterparts in the West are taking?

I finished from this school and I can boldly tell you that Unibuja is one of the most useless school in Nigeria. No cap.

why is schools your major problem? Why don't you also go to the markets and churches and observe how they disregard COVID-19 guidelines

I strongly believe that our leaders are more concerned on how they would make from this Covid drama than helping the Nation fight it. The other day at Abuja train station I was even worried about the way they've neglected any measures to tackle the spread of Covid. No active proper measures at all.

There are ventilation in those places but not public schools

Story. There's nothing like social distancing or face mask protocols in Nigeria. Even among our so-called politicians and law enforcement agents, not to mention regular folks like students in lecture halls or people going about their business daily in different marketplaces. It is all a big 'eye service' joke.
