This makes land acquisition by the ordinary Ghanaian and all other private citizens very easy.

You can register your land in just one week.

Kenyans cant even one lands because everything is owned by the Greedy Kenyattas and Moi's either in trust for Brits, Arabs or Indians and the ones he directly owns.

Only 7% of Kenyans have lands, the rest a foreign own.

The Ghanaian government does not have any business in land sharing and redistribution.

Today, any Ghanaian can buy land and go and register it and get his title deed in a week.

We solved our land ownership issues way back in 1880.

All government own lands that have not been used for the purpose for which they were acquired has been handed over to their rightful owners (family or stool).

Our government is not in the business of land distribution
That is done in despotic countries like kenya and co where your laziness made it possible for your masters to take over all your lands in trust for the queen.

Kenya land ownership to summarize it - is mostly freehold - you own it forever - and very few areas have community land ownership (gov is now dividing such land into private individual plots). You do not need to consult anybody to sell or buy land - as long as your have the title.

Large land holders DO NOT make even 1% of Kenya land - which is about 143M acres. The Kenyatta's have 0.5M acres. Kenya is not South Africa.

Almost every kenyan is landowner - and majority have title deed of their land.

Yes we are mostly rural because we own land. We are not like you guys who are forced to go live in urban areas if you cannot stomach tilling the chief or the kings land - and sharing the proceeds. The same way Boer has forced south africans to township after grabbing all the fertile land.

Your country is largely rural because you are villagers, the few city land that are available are shared by Persia traders and your kleptocrazy government who owns about 70 percent of them the unproductive ones are for you villagers to drabble on.
