Good evening, I bought a new psp for my son and I charged for 3 hours and he powered on and played a game for about 20 minutes and the screen suddenly went off. The power indicator was still on but the screen didn't come up. I removed the battery and put it in again and it didn't come on until I charged again and it did same after playing for 20 minutes. What could be the problem please?

Apparently, this is also same issue i have. But before you replaced the battery, did you try removing the old battery and plugged the charger to the PSP so that you can use it directly with current? If yes, what your experience with this method?

I asked coz if i do same, the PSP still goes off.
