state governor, Hope Uzodinma, in his office in
the statehouse, Abuja

The closed-door meeting comes few days after
the Uzodinma-led government clashed with a
former governor of the state, Senator Rochas
Okorocha.

Presidency can mean chief of staff, SGF, minister of police affairs or anyone of them that is a personal friend of Rochas who could secure his release from police detention. They are different from the president who is usually oblivious of what is happening around him.
