grin their leaders pity them because they know what's up. The deadbeat criminals don't know the grave mistake they're making. Anyways the youths don't fully understood the history of 1967/70 maybe they're doomed to repeat it.
a civil war will definitely repeat itself in this country, but it will be far different from the one that 1967-1970 Nigeria is doomed to break up, and when the time comes everyone will answer his fathers name, nobody will fight for one Nigeria again.

War is not fought on keypads or hiding behind social media anonymity sir.

If any part of Nigeria misbehaves, it is their land that will become the theatre of war. If in doubt, ask Borno people where Nigerian armed forces now use their land to try new artillery and munitions.

No part has a consensus again because every part of Nigeria is part of all the 3 arms of government and that centre is the strongest.

What is the connection between the attack and the ban on keke? Is there any proof the hoodlums came in a keke?
Trying to place a ban on keke is like pouring fuel in the already raging fire, as the youths, who are mainly in the keke transport, may become a willing tool in the hands of the hoodlums.
Kindly leave the innocent citizens to do their lawful businesses.

Reveal Identity Of Gunmen That Attacked Policemen In Aba, Come And Collect N1m - Ikpeazu

By Wisdom Nwedene

Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has placed 1 million naira bounty on the armed hoodlums that attacked police station in Aba on Tuesday.

In a statement made available to IGBERE TV by the Commissioner for Information, Chief John Okiyi Kalu said Ikpeazu administration is determined to pay N1m for any information leading to the recovery of any of stolen arms and or arrest of any suspect.

He further said that "no part of Abia land will be ceded to criminals operating under any guise and we will not spare any resource in ensuring that the perpetrators of this dastardly act are brought to book in no distant time and the stolen arms and ammunition recovered completely."

He also imposed a ban on Keke/Okada operations between 7pm and 7am in all major cities of the state starting from today, 23rd February, 2021.

The statement reads,

"The attention of Abia State Government has been drawn to a mindless and cowardly attack on a police station in Aba by yet to be identified armed hoodlums in the early hours of today leading to loss of precious lives and carting away of arms and ammunition."

"We wish to assure members of the public that government is working with security agencies in the state to fish out the perpetrators of this dastardly crime and bring them to justice as quickly as possible."

"No part of Abia land will be ceded to criminals operating under any guise and we will not spare any resource in ensuring that the perpetrators of this dastardly act are brought to book in no distant time and the stolen arms and ammunition recovered completely."

"Sadly, the arms these hoodlums have carted away from law enforcement agents will most likely be used against innocent citizens. Government therefore calls on citizens to avail law enforcement agencies with vital information that will lead to the arrest of the criminals and recovery of these arms ."

"We are determined to pay N1m for any information leading to the recovery of any of the stolen arms and or arrest of any suspect. Anyone with such information can contact this number: +234 803 914 8294."

"Such information will be treated with the utmost secrecy it deserves."

"Consequeny, Government hereby imposes a ban on Keke/Okada operations between 7pm and 7am in all major cities of the state starting from today, 23rd February, 2021."

"Once again, we call for total vigilance and prompt information from citizens to ensure the arrest and prosecution of the hoodlums. We call on banks and other vulnerable institutions to fortify security around their places of business while strongly advising all security formations in the state to remain on red alert until the situation is fully pacified."

"Law abiding citizens and visitors are advised to go about their normal businesses while maintaining vigilance as measures have been put in place to ensure their safety."

"Those attacking security agents and formations only seek to engender anarchy and fear in the minds of our people but we will not allow them to win or turn our focus away from the onerous task of rapidly developing our state. We will therefore continue to support security agencies with whatever they need to foil the agenda of the hoodlums."

"While we implore community leaders to be vigilant, we urge parents and guardians to take more interest in the activities of their children and wards to avoid their falling prey to criminally minded individuals."

I am used to being proud of the fact that Igboland is a peaceful region. That the Igbos are not in the habit, now, of confronting government and the authorities.

Alas! All that is about to change in our very eyes.

How can we stop this looming danger?

Shall we sold our hands and allow ugly happenings of this nature create unwanted history in Igboland?

Are the wise sons and daughters of the Eastern Nigeria fold their hands and do nothing while the stage is set for I.D.Ps to be created in Igboland?

Shall Igbo youths willingly offer themselves for a possible massacre?

I weep for my People!!!

Just like Boko Haram has turned half of Borno to a war zone, no development, hunger, and destruction. These IPOB guys are being brainwashed to do the same with the hope for Biafra. If intelligent unbiased Igbos don't stand up to this, another war will ravage the East completely. No UN is going to give aid for destroyed infrastructure. We are all on our own.

Exactly! The igbo elites are just too quiet on these Ipob terrorists. The south east that used to be the most peaceful region is now unsafe for investment. Let them continue to keep quiet. All of us will suffer it in the long run.

1million naira bounty is a token to get from a governor of a state. Tell him { Ikpeazu } to place his one month salary or wardrobe allowance. Nigerians are sick & tired of receiving token from politicians. I love the honourable minister of Nddc , a giver , a transformer, an activator , permit me to announce Chief Dr Godswill Akpabio to the world once again. No part has a consensus again because every part of Nigeria is part of all the 3 arms of government and that centre is the strongest.

you have a very loose grasp and not in touch with true reality in Nigeria my friend.

Nigeria as a nation is sailing to hit the rocks and it will sooner or later, Nigeria is hopelessly divided now than it has ever been through out her history as a nation.
there are different terrorists group up north terrorising this country for past 10 yrs and there is no sign to an end to it , but that's not even the main problem of Nigeria
the ethnic tension in this country has threatened this country to the point that everyone is putting his ethnicity first before Nigerian Unity. by the time a scramble for Nigeria to break into new nation happens which is already happening, there will be no army called Nigerian Army to fight for Nigerian Unity, we will have biafran army, oduduwa army, arrewa army, middle belt army, niger Delta army, it has already begun, what you are seeing now as a regional security amotekun hisba ESN etc which still exist even though it's against the Nigerian Constitution is just a test of the waters it will manifest to regional army and no region will join another region to fight for the Unity of this country called Nigeria, it will be every region for itself.

think deeper, my friend what you read in the news is just a smokescreen a make believe for people to think all is well with Nigeria, it's not well with Nigeria, things happening on ground now don't even make it to the news.
you have no idea on this topic you are just an everyday civilian that doesn't even know how to handle a gun, discussing this topic with you it's a waste
