Good afternoon, please I have a question not related to food, need urgent advice. My sister wants to start a POS money business and she was asked to bring a tax clearance receipt to the bank before given the POS and she want to pay tax N5,500 to government with no business already She asked for my advice and I strongly told her it is like giving government a return of money you've not achieved. She's cross with me now, I don't know if I am making sense? Is there a way to get tax clearance with no business for documentation as requested by bank |
