yes, but it is only affected buses that carry more than ten passengers, tractor and heavy duty machinery. There also the reduction on vehicles that are new one from 35% levy to 5%. Thanks
N.B the duty rate for all used vehicles still remains at 35%.

Please which states in the US is good to import cars where one will have the cheapest cost of trucking to the port?

I head that in some states you can spend up to 1500 for delivery to the seaport.
