Okay. Put your patriotism aside and let talk facts. Tanzania wasn't a communism state. It was an African socialist state to which the idea was to use our own African values of society to run a nation, values such as taking care of the sick, elderly and children while at the same time the government providing some basic social services.
The nationalization you are referring to is what happened after independence to which some Tanganyikans at the time had vast wealth compared to the normal citizen. If it would be left as so, few tribes or individual would control the whole economy while some would be felt with nothing so he leveled the playing field so as in a new nation everyone should start from one, that is why Tanzania doesn't have tribal conflicts or land disputes between tribes or families.
Tanzania failed as an economy in 1980s because of the following major events:
1. War with Uganda
2. Participation in the African liberation in Southern Africa
3.1980s drought that sent a nation dependent on agriculture to its knees.
So when you say that socialism was the cause you are being ignorant. There was no one event that led to Tanzania economic fall but multiple.

China, Germany, Korea, Thailand etc all have offices in our universities recruiting teachers to their countries to teach english
