The Amalgamated union of food stuff and cattle dealers of Nigeria begins nation wide strike as they stop the movement of food stuffs and cattles to the southern part of Nigeria.

Onions, beans, other agro produce from the North ready for exportation through Sokoto to Accra Ghana and Abidjan Cot'Divoure.

Agro dealers are now exporting agro produce to other Africa countries as they no longer feel safe moving agro produce to the southern part of the country.

According to them... They will rather export their food to neighboring African countries than risking their lives sending food to the southern Nigeria.

Its baffled me that the north has all this varieties of food yet their region keep bleeding of hunger,is it irony.
