You could get lucky but for real your budget is way below for a laptop that should have at least 4gig Ram and 5hrs battery.

I have one though for about 45k tokunbo e machine system. 4gig Ram . No Bluetooth but you can buy a Bluetooth dongle to use with it. Slightly inked below the screen but totally functional..
