I have gone through the whole thread and oh my god. I mean I knew nigerians and black south africans were fairly intellectually challenged but I never guessed it would be to this extent.
Arguing over simple verifiable facts. But the common things among them are
1) Their economies are not doing well infact nigeria is quoted to be the largest contributor of extreme poverty in the world after India. South afruca on the other hand is still undergoing an economic mismanagement by those who took power after apartheid.
2) Despite their large GDP, the sad fact is that their economies are still heavily resource dependent.

Apart from all the flghting I really do like Durban city. I used to like CapeTown but I came to the realization that it's only the tourist areas which are clean. All those other neighborhoods look real trashy. Ethiopia is closed economy - the moment they open up - kenya companies will overrun it. As for being manufacturing hub - that is very funny. They started manufacturing recently. Kenya is a regional giant on nearly all sectors.
