Please Architects in the house help a brother. I have a 60 by 120 plot of land in RIvers state which I am planning to develop later this year for commercial purpose.
I am considering building units of 1 bed room flats for the space with 3 car parking space to be left. How many of this flat can the plot contain? No upstairs o.

A kitchen
A toilet/bath

Then the space should conservatively contain about 7 - 8 units that are semi-detached.

I can't say with certainty as I haven't seen the site survey plan.

It's going to be a tight squeeze considering the 30ft width of the land.

However, if you would have the three bedroom in suspended floor(s), then it's a possibility.

Ican still give you the 3bedroom as a bungalow, but the mini flats may be in suspended floor(s) to have sufficient space for the cars, etc.

I'm not an Architect bro. I'm a civil engineer.
You can become an Engineer, Architect or Builder through studying in a tertiary institution(University, Polytechnic, Monotechnic).
