I placed an order about ten days ago, order processing time will expire today and seller is yet to ship my item. I know I will be refunded automatically after processing time expires but would that include my Aliexpress coupon I used as part of the payment? Or the seller has just wasted my precious coupon?

after bombarding seller with messages, he finally updated the order with tracking number which details available shows the order was shipped on 24th Feb but something is doesn't add up. The shipping method on the item was strictly aliexpress standard shipping but seller used "his shipping method" this is what the tracking number looks like LZ683..... 5CN. Again, after tracking it shows the item's destination is Portugal instead of Nigeria. I think the seller is trying to scam me by giving me a fake tracking number.

The tracking number is for european and North America countries.. he might have sent you anoda buyer's tracking... tell him to rectify it

you are right. I knew he was up to something when he ignored all my messages and suddenly updated the order with tracking number. He's has never replied my messages since I placed the order. What's the way out now? As it is now, there is no option to cancel the order or open a dispute. Do I have to wait for 3 months to get my refund back or is there any way to make him send my order?

Hi guys, with the latest issues in shipping phones from aliexpress, I'm thinking towards using a shipping agent but I've never done that before and dunno how to go about it.. can someone with experience in that aspect clear me on the procedures to take and also suggest a reputable company for the job..
