HANDS-ON INDUSTRIAL TRAINING (WITH ACCOMODATION AND MONTHLY ALLOWANCE)

A leading Food Processing Company with interests Bread and Confectionery located in Lagos State seeks to recruit young, smart candidates into its Skills Acquisition and Development Programme. The various programmes are enumerated below.

GRADUATE BAKER TRAINING SCHEME
This is designed to transform Tertiary Institution graduates into professional Master Bakers.
While priority will be given to graduates from Food and Science and Technology and related science disciplines, we will nonetheless give some consideration to graduates from other areas of study that show some demonstrable passion for a career in bread making.
Maximum age ceiling is requirement 25 years


INTERMEDIATE BAKER APPRENTICESHIP SCHEME
This as the name implies is an apprenticeship scheme. It is designed for youngsters who seek to become professional baking Assistants in the food and beverage industry. SSCE and Diploma qualified candidates may apply for this role.
Maximum age ceiling here is 23 years Old.

Duration of the training is Nine months for the Graduate Baker Trainee Programme (GBTE) and 12 months for the Intermediate Apprenticeship (IBAS).

Both commence in the month of April of every year.

Accommodation will be provided together with a monthly allowance spanning the duration of the programme.
