To buy this at 70 Naira means farmers are losing money seriously. Interestingly, as you would see from the screendhots, these farmers also include Igbo and Yoruba, in addition to northerners.

I live in the New England region of the US. All that onions would sell for about 2.5 to 5 dollars, depending on the store. 70 Naira is less than 20 US cents. This is a huge loss to these farmers.
