i have this thread created from foundation to ground floor column on another web page but will likely re share and continue from both ends..

This building is a commercial build hence we have some of our structural member slightly robust than the average we see..
Building is place on a raft beam of 1.5 metres with 200mm footing to spread the load ..

ground slab of 200m

excavation stage to ground slab stage took roughly a week.. adhesive was used with the concrete and foundation is strictly grade 30 concrete with 50mm cover
