What is proper about this estate?
Are you comparing the greenery? Or you are comparing the buildings?

Watch the Accra Airport hills video again, you will notice those are individual properties( you buy the land then develop it) yet those properties are beautiful and expensive.

Compare to this video you posted which is an estates yet the buildings look cheap and ordinary.

If it's about the greenery then cool story but if it's about individual properties then you are blind and dumb.

take it from me , that communities you just see there are not sleeping in darkness , it is located in the northern part of Ghana. they have access to chips compound ( A small size hospital establish by government for such communities) they have District assembly school up to junior high school. you can compare that community to your own village in Kenya.

I think in their country they don't have communities where people build their own houses (individual properties).

Just forget about all tiny tany banks from this continent, the International Banks (They are called Bank of Bank) all have Bad loan issues. Debtors default and it is part of business unless it goes beyond predefined ratio of that particular size of bank.

If you don't have money you can't build in Airport residential area, Airport hills, Legon East,West,North and hills etc.
