Watch the Accra Airport hills video again, you will notice those are individual properties( you buy the land then develop it) yet those properties are beautiful and expensive.

Nobody want to invest in a city of gov employees and cattle - Abuja need to find something else - maybe the diplomatic city of West Africa? . Yes I can understand having industrial-commercial city like Tatu or Northland. Or a Technopolis like Konza. But a city that is just federal gov employees and fulani cattle roaming on the streets?
