Ambode brought this insults and misery to himself.

Ambode is a true definition of Omoluabi... Cowardice

Obaseki's bravery will forever remain evergreen in our hearts.

God bless Edo
God bless Obaseki

Shame on Ambode!

Are you done?
Ambode doesn't have any political connection in Lagos. Unfortunately, his pride didn't allow him to mix with the Lagos kingmakers like Fashola did to bail himself out of Tinubu's abuse.

His silence is common sense, he would have lost the little he gained as a Governor

u are correct.....but its enough that the people knew election hold,,those who cast the vote decide nothing those who count it decide everything ...this according to Joseph stallin... first and foremost,, give recognition to buhari for allowing free and fair election in edo state,,,because if the had interest they will unseat obaseki..u saw what play out in kano,, u know the result of the election before it become inconclusive.. ganduje was no longer popular because of the babariga scandal... but me and u know how they upturn every thing in favor of ganduje....back to subject matter..in the case of ambode,, his VP was against him,,those who made him were against him even the state legislation was sitting conveniently in the hands of those who made him..any attempt to decamp he will be thrown out of government through impeachment.... then if he eventually survive all the intrugues, federal might will catch up with him...it because they wanted to weaken oshiomole and tinubu that is why they allow edo to decide who leads them...just watch event as it unfold sir...I might not be correct..this is just my of n interpretation of the situation.
Sack your deputy if he's against you. In doing so, you're sending a strong signal to your cabinet. Obaseki sacked some of his cabinet members loyal to Oshiomhole. Ambode is just lilly-livered.

It's more noble to lose in the ballot than to back down.

As a Governor, he can buy the political connections. He just chose to back down cos of fear of the unknown. Moving to PDP then would have been the best decision of his life.

He couldn't. It was already too late for the kingmakers rejected him first. He had treated them as lowlife old men (Ambode is Ajebo): he didn't know how Lagos politics is run.

Honestly, the best he could do is to run with his tails between his tails. If he didn't do that, he would be facing multiple court cases even now. He knows it's a fight he couldn't have won!

Rubbish.

The Fulani has been ravaging your region.

Your people are taking refuge in Benin Republic and you are here playing politics.

I wont be surprised if Nigerians elect you in 2023. Nigerians elect their leaders and so should bear the consequence of their actions in office.
I have no pity for us Nigerians, we single-handedly bring suffering, hunger and poverty upon ourselves through bad decisions at the polls.

u can't sack him, only true impeachment..that can be done..as for cabinet the are powerless becos their appointment is basely on the discretion of the governor. he can fire and hire....... it not easy...buhari should take credit for his survival...if u know u know

Bro

I know that Yorubas are very stupid because anyone that opposes their view has automatically become an Igbo.

For your info, Lagos is better than Enugu ONLY in flow of cash...When it comes to being habitable, there is no comparison. Of course, the water you use in Lagos will be rejected by donkeys in Enugu.

That is the bridge Ambode started, Tinubu, your history will not be good at all.
Don't mind Tinubu. He said the ship was steering in a wrong direction because Ambode was steering the state's finances away from his pocket.

Sadly he has a point,

if sanwo had abandoned and refused to complete ambodes projects like Ambode left fasholas project this bridge would not have been completed and the citizens will be the one to suffer
On this point I agree with you. Failing to continue some projects started by Fashola was a bad move. But, Amode left some very marks too.

Ambode didnt start sh1t. Its part of the long term projects in the Lagos strategy and that's why pdp has never been able to win Lagos. Lagos has been great due to the continuity of long term projects. Ambode was about to deviate from that project by choosing to abadoned ongoing ones and starting his own personal projects devoid of the long term plan.
who did this to you, please go and collect your thinking faculty back, this line you posted above have been busted long ago to be lies, jonly few of you still hold on to that lies, master plan ko,masterful plan ni,read the speaker speech to confirm to you it was ambode project.
