... and all they'll do is collect #200 from travellers. Go from Badagry roundabout to Seme, na them full there, just to collect #200

There is even one of their checkpoints before Suntan beach where they drag backpacks from travellers along the road, then quickly take it into their makeshift office... If you no quick come down from the bike or cab, na so things go loss for your bag. Same thing happened severally yesterday during my journey.

Annoying part is the confidence with which they misbehave, cos they share the checkpoint with soldiers, if not, then for don chop am.

There is no good move on these. We should call a spade a spade. They are meant to be at various border locations from onset. Only like 5-10% are meant to do administrative work. They are supposed to have forward operating base in all border points. They are supposed to have boarder rangers ,that are trained in tactical operations.Even ordinary Benin republic gerdame are far better cand more efficient in securing their borders. Over 75% of them are placed at Airport and passport offices just to milk people

Seconded, the guy need help. I don't need anyone to tell me power, road, health care, security, etc have improved. They will be obvious without any remark about them from politicians. Just yesterday, we were lucky to have escaped armed men on the road by 5pm. Yet the robbery was done in between two police check points with few meters apart. Some of the cars sustained bullet harm. And this low budget online campaigner is saying nonsense because of #30,000. I hope Nigerians won't use tribe, religion, party, etc to vote next time.

Not even, a different office should handle passport not immigration service.it should be called the Nigerian Passport Agency and they should operate like the Uk embassy in Lagos and ABJ
