I played a weekend game that ended on Sunday. Around 6am on Monday my win was credited to my Bet9ja account. Immediately around that 6am, that Monday morning, I placed a withdrawal request. Normally my withdrawals take only 5hrs before i receive alert. I have never gone back to the withdrawal section after placing a withdrawal request. So when Monday's withdrawal passed the normal 5hrs i usually get bank alert, I went back to the withdrawal section and i saw the picture below

I became worried and started disturbing them on Instagram and the guy on the other side told me my withdrawals has been processed. This morning, I went back and i saw the picture below

Someone with experience please explain to me what it means. Does it mean they cancelled the withdrawal after processing it as shown in the first picture or they just started processing it after 3days as shown on the 2nd picture?

It's normal pending issue. Don't click cancel pending withdrawal, me myself I waited and don't care how long it's gonna take.

it was reversed back to my Betking account then I initiated another withdrawal which didn't even take up to an hour before I received alert.

bet9ja pays faster than Betking....for them not to have paid you till now, it means they are currently experiencing some technical issues like I said earlier. Kindly reach out to their customer care or message them via mail or through your bet account.
