Where did I make it look like the guy should beg buyers pls??
I simply noted that the guy's tone was rude to someone who priced his market. And rude is rude, whether you're selling matches or selling diamonds, there is no excuse for rudeness. You must talk to customers well regardless the value of what they're buying.
