Imagine mentioning the second Niger bridge as one of the project that will be financed with funds from this?! Sovereign wealth fund, Abachas loot, budgetary allocations, cash inflows from companies that got the concession.....Are they financing this ubiquitous second Niger bridge with all monies in Nigeria?
