Work on making your code more efficient for faster processing. You kept on calling the .lower() function on the computer_choice object over and over again thereby consuming more cpu power. You could have just called the .lower() function once when creating computer_choice object.
Make your program as efficient as possible, by avoiding repetitive actions and doing away with redundant codes.
The individual If statements are also not needed, you can use just a single if statement with multiple conditions.
