From the record it just quite amazing that a Nigerian is at such a blazing form and yet the local national team coach did not invite him rather he is a the standby list. While the likes of Ahmed Musa that has not club and is not playing on the list?

If you look at the strikers on the list we are expecting too much from Victor Osimhen who we know is trying to get to fitness at the moment after injuries, suspension and etc. Without having adequate plan B. Even the Iheanacho that's on the list doesn't score like Anuachu.

I know must people will say Anuachu has not scored much in the super eagles set up.

The question now is has the coach been playing him to his strength?

Even Messi at a time wasn't doing well at Argentina as much as for Barca. But they didn't overlook him because he has what it take to deliver.


My question now is
Why has Rohr not able to study how Genk uses this player?
Why has Rohr not been able to change tactics some times to allow players flourish?
Or is the coach too lazy to change tactics,.... Even Napoli had to altar their playing pattern to accommodate Victor Osimhen.

Simply get a quality crosser to deliver nice ball into the box and see onuachu flourish,

You expect the coach to look at how every club uses Nigerian players in their respective clubs? Interesting.

Onuachu should up his game for Nigeria, he was presented with his own opportunity but he did not utilise it.

You spoke about Messi, trust me, Argentina had no choice that was why they kept Messi in, that is one of their most decorated player ever. Don't compare.

What is even so special about the English League? How many EPL players have excelled outside the league? How many FIFA awards have they won?? How many UCL have the EPL teams won all together? Onuachu and Simy play the same kind of boring, lackadaisical, uninspiring attack that Nigerian fans loath so much.. They have been given chances here but never impressed. The problem is with their kind of play. Onuachu has been banging in goals even when he was at Midtjylland.., but once he comes down here, his game looks so placid... No fire! Osimhens kind of attack reminds you of Rashidi Yekini them... , fierce, direct, businesslike..

Paul was given enuf tym to show wat his got in d national team buh he din't make use of such opportunities.

The super eagle is a competitive team at d moment, for Christ sake we hv oda players out there who also deserve to b tested. His not d only Nigeria striker out there abeg.

Nobody is even talking abt lookman who has pledged his allegiance to Nigeria, nobody is talkin abt d inclusion of Ahmed Musa who is out of form at d moment..

I think the team and coaching systems matters, J. Lin is doing well in WHU currently.

They have not been consistent since the resumption after the break... Thought Sisto will go for a bigger club after leaving Spain.

I think it's a good idea leaving Celta Vigo to Midtjylland in hope of getting to Europa league at least. I know Midtjylland messed up, cuz it was their first UCL experience but, UEFA awarded the league an extra UCL spot after FC Copenhagen made a hit on Europa last few seasons.

Sisto is also an ex Midtjylland player, someone is back to base Also he is a freekick merchant like his teammate Evander.

He's always been a mismatch in the national team. Same way Jonathan struggled with the national team

Not sure if he will fit well in the EPL but then you never know.., I mean, save for injuries Rodriguez who's not that physical and forceful with his play is doing relatively good in his first season.. Problem with Sisto is that inspite of the obvious immense talent, he's seldom assertive with his game. Not that physical and not that consistent.. I can't find any other reasons why he was always on the bench at Celta, when he was supposed to be one of their best players then...The person I want to see in the premier league is Yousef En-nesyri. The moroccan at Sevilla.. Looks like someone who's going to bang in goals on regular basis if he signs for any of the traditional top 5...
