JOB BRIEF

We are urgently looking for a Cleaner to take care of our client facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.

The goal is to keep our building in a clean and in orderly condition.

*LOCATION*: Abeokuta, Ogun State.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Clean, stock and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, vents, rest room, offices etc)

Perform general clean up of all areas of the building as directed.

Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot.

Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up.

Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.

Stock and maintain supply rooms.

Cooperate with the rest of the staff.

Ability to multitask and maintain schedule while responding to incidents.

Follow all health and safety regulations.

*QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS*

Candidates must have completed SSCE.

Proven working experience as a Cleaner is an advantage.

Ability to work well under minimal supervision.

*Resides in the following area; Eleweran, Obatoko, Asero & environ.*

*EXPERIENCE*

Minimum of 0-1 Year
experience.
