Sorry OP. I can only give driving directions.

But you can take BRT to Ketu. I'm sure there'll be a bus to Iju from Ketu. Maybe even a BRT.

or simply take BRT to Ketu, From Ketu, another BRT to Agege Pen cinema. From there find your way to Iju.
