Suspected Herdsmen Tie Oyo Farmer To Tree, Kill Him With Machete by Tobrasky: 3:09am On Mar 16, 2021
SUSPECTED Fulani herdsmen have attacked a village in Saki in the Saki West Local Government Area of Oyo State where a young man was reportedly hacked to death.

It was gathered that the farmer who was simply identified as Kola was tied to a tree at a village called Oke Orogun and was attacked with a cutlass.

The incident reportedly happened in the early hours of Sunday. While some residents claimed the farmer had died, one of them told our correspondent that Kola was rescued alive and was still alive as at Monday, but his condition was very critical.

The news of the attack was said to have angered some youths in Saki, who invaded a Fulani settlement and set some of the huts on fire.

Residents of the Gaa were said to have fled on sighting the angry youths coming towards their huts.

One of the sources who spoke with our correspondent in Ibadan on Monday said the killing of the Yoruba man and the attack on the Gaa had led to panic among the people of the town.

The source said, “I don’t know the real cause of the problem and who was behind the attack. There have been conflicting reports from people who claimed to have gone there. But it is true that some persons suspected to be Bororo herdsmen tied one man, Kola, to a tree in the village and attacked him with cutlass.

“Although the man did not die there as at the time he was rescued, his condition is very critical. He was taken to hospital where he was being tested but I have not heard any latest development from him today.”

Speaking on the matter, the Coordinator of the Odua People’s Congress in Oyo State, Mr Rotimi Olumo, also confirmed the incident to our correspondent on the telephone.

He said, “One person was said to have been killed on Sunday by herdsmen and somebody was killed before that time.”

The Director of Media of the Okere Palace, Mr Akeem Olabisi, said the Okere of Sakiland, Oba Khalid Olabisi, has been making efforts to calm the people of the town down so that the incident would not lead to a more serious crisis.

The Police Public Relations Officer in Oyo State, Mr Olugenga Fadeyi, did not pick the call placed across to his telephone by our correspondent on the matter.

He had yet to also reply the message sent to him on the same matter as of the time of filing this report.

Hmnnn....and some people still don't understand what is happening in Nigeria.

In case you don't know what is happening in Nigeria. The Fulani mision is to keep Nigeria one so that they can conquer it and make it their own.

-That is why they refuse to allow the country to be divided.
- That is why they refuse to allow true federalism, with the fear that it is a step towards break up.
- That is why they pretend to be fighting bandits while actually giving them money to fund them.
- That is why Fulani can carry AK47 and kill people, but the police will arrest their victims who try to defend themselves.
-That is why they have spread themselves all over Nigeria, and they are well armed.
- That is why if you dare challenge them, they will use the state police and military against you.

I hope you understand now.

So, if you don't want to be their victim, the people have to organize themselves and fight them without depending on any government.

My FULANI friend got murdered 2 days ago. His offence was exposing evil, one of his major complaints was anytime he works to get evil ones arrested, they are released on bail within weeks.
Rest in peace Mallam yahu, your people have taking terrorism as a second language.

This is nothing compared to your people who are now refugees in another country, the so called kidnapping in Anambra is the first only news-worthy report of any Fulani attack in the East so far compared to the countless atrocities been unleashed on your people week in week out by the Fulani herdsmen. Fulani attacks in the South west is now a normal occurrence and a Google search algorithm of Fulani attacks in your region alone is enough to conclude yaribanzas are officially finished grin grin cheesy, so you can bask and console yourself on some kidnapping in Anambra while more of your Oba's are been flogged, your women raped, your kinsmen butchered like pigs and your homelands overrun as more of your people troop en masse into Benin republic!

The rational question any sane person would ask is why you Igbos alone, of all the over 300 ethnic groups in Nigeria, always take panadol for Yoruba headache 24/7 while you ignore your own fatal brain tumour.

It always seem you Igbores (because you're bores who repeat the same message tediously and annoyingly) are all speaking through clenched teeth and severe anger over Yoruba issues. Always you mentally lost and idealogically homeless Igbores alone.

Have you and other Igbos ever put that in perspective to note how seriously mentally disturbed you all are? Even if SW is turning into Iraq, I must emphatically ask again why is that the uppermost concern of Igbos alone of the over 300 ethnic groups in Nigeria? Why are others not acting like you guys and wanting to die over Yoruba matter ? Why? Why? Why?

Striking out posts like a juvenile delinquent yet you can't even quote a post properly and I had to do it for you. Goes to show how confused you are mentally.

You started this thread same as Igbores alone have literally started millions of thread like this in the past few weeks with some being fake and fabricated news from Igbo blog sites. When have you people ever loved Yorubas that much to always be the only ones to consistently start these Yoruba-Fulani threads here?

These threads are your call to your fellow hateful Igbos to gather and congregate. They, alone and not Edos or Urhobo or Idoma, would then duly show up and sit on those threads you and other Igbos started mischievously to use in taunting Yorubas.

It is despical and the behaviour of people with serious mental issues. The poster you respond to is only taunting you in return , ala mind your own business, because of your own obsessive madness over Yorubas you don't appreciate

Sorry sir, I told them to stop the taunting because its a Master and Slave relationship. A husband and Wife affair. Peaceful and accommodating Yorubas, please we won't put mouth again in the oppression going on in your land by the fulanis. I think you guys are so much in love with each other and ready to die to keep the slave master relationship working. Up Fulanis!!!

Frustrated wannabe. How does it feel to desperately want to be Yoruba and have everything they have yet know you can never achieve such?

That is what is driving the obsessive and aberrant behaviour of most of you Igbos here if you don't know that.

The biggest clue to the fact you lot have 'issues' is how no other Nigerian ethnic group is behaving as you guys are doing currently.

All Nigerians, even though they may be loathe to bring it to your attention, see a big and ugly meltdown of Igbos, with how you are all acting like rejected mistresses of the Yorubas, even if you guys don't appreciate your own aberrant behaviour.

What is this shameless attention-seeker even saying? So many 'unbalanced' and butt hurt folks here on NL.

Not so you shameless folks canonized and deified Iskaba Wakili for weeks to now be shifting goal post describing him "frail old man" once he was apprehended?

Now it is no longer about " fierce warrior conqueror" Wakili but about "oppression" in Yorubaland. Lol.

You lot are the real slaves but too dumb to realize that.
You have been forever enslaved by your severely damaged minds and malevolent obsessions with the Yorubas.

Don’t worry it’s over for them all together including the Nigerian police starting from Today March 16 2020 our independence as Yoruba people begins.

How the FG responds in the coming days, weeks and months would determine if there shall be civil war in Nigeria or peaceful transition from 1999 constitution or not.

Fake news.

As a yoruba man, we love herdsmen. We have been living with them for generations ipob want to cause disunity between us and herdsmen.

Is evans a herdsmen.

Yoruba land is hospitable and welcoming to herdsmen from all over Africa.

We yorubas are a peaceful people.
