While I was having this issue I realised I registered with two mail addresses during the time of registration, and what made me to register twice was that, I was part of those that registered when the site have not been officially opened so N-Power came up with if you registered when the site has not open that means your registration is invalid so I reregistered with a new mail, and phone number, so now that we are writting the exam I went and used that my initial registration to write the test and system is telln me that my NPower is not verified, I tried and tried and as I was trying I now remembered that I did two registration, immediately I started afresh with the second registration with the second registered mail and everything went successfully.
In summary check if you registered twice with two mail. If the frist mail is not working out try the second mail you applied with thanks.

So how did u use 1 bvn for two accounts? Bcs I tried using my bvn in the second mail and is telling me the bvn has been used but I didn't wrote d test for the other account as it was telling me verification failed

I was unable to validate the second account saying BVN already in use, I discovered the second seems to be the original account, scheme, year, NYSC are missing in the account that's saying verification failed...
I actually took the test on the account that is showing verification failed message..

Pls how did you go past this verification failed part? I only used one mail to register, and it's still telling me verification failed whenever I attempt to take the test

After editing my information, I try submitting but a message 'something went wrong' would always pop up.
What's the reason for this and how can I scale through this stage.

What more can I do

For those having the "Verification Failed" when trying to take the exam.

How mine worked is that I just wrote a message with my NASIMS registration number to the admin through the chat icon that showed at the bottom right corner of your dashboard when you log in, telling them that I'm getting a "verification failed" message when trying to write the test. I don't know if they got the email and did something but after 24hour, I logged in with the same mail, went to the test portal, log in with my NASIMS ID Verification and the test started without any further problem.

Maybe it would work for you guys that way.

pls wen did u write the test? cos I hv bn trying to write, but each time I try to write after attempting three to five question d network will log me out. wat is d cause?

Please for those that have completed their update and test, do your degree certificate show on your profile when you log in?
My ID and Nysc certificate is showing but degree certificate isn't showing.
Want to know if it's similar to everyone's or I should update again.
