My brother applied for the Federal Fire Service recruitment, he got an invite for the screening today. However, there was a mixup with his surname, every of his other details are correct.

Hope this won't cause any issues for him during the screening?

Congratulations to your brother, I think he would have the opportunity to correct his surname at the screening.
However, do you mean your brother just got the invitation since this days or he just checked yesterday for the first day and saw it?

Please i was shortlisted for the screening. I am scared of traveling from Kaduna to the southwest due to experiences from different recruitment. Are we going for exams or what exactly should we expect during the screening.

Pray to your God against any bad incident in your life. What you are expected to come along with are stated in the invitation letter that alone should tell you if you will be writing exams or not. Which comps are you?

People from my constituency are now getting it but mostly lower cadres. I have not seen any comps 08 Shortlisted. You may counter this if you have seen one

No much testimonies from the applicants, I guess uploading is ongoing.

I came from the minister’s constituency where thousands on different cadres submitted their printouts on the minister’s request. No one has been shortlisted. I guess uploading is still ongoing

Are they still uploading cos I have not seen enough testimonies from the shortlisted candidates?

If you graduated with 2.1 or first class or Distinction in HND there will be no provision for adding Msc

Please is there any press release that the fire service shortlisting of candidates has been postponed till September or just a mere rumor?

My hommie got appointment with ITF few weeks ago through the DG and he said they were more than a hundred people that got it throughout the federation.I don’t know if is still continues or the recruitment is over for now. Who has insightful ideas please?

FEDERAL FIRE SERVICE RECRUITMENT.

It will be recalled that in December 2023, The CDCFIB and Federal Fire service reached an agreement to conduct a general staff recruitment for Assistant Superintendent and Inspectorate officers, then general Fire assistants on CONPASS 4 and 3 which led to the opening of the cdcfib.career portal for interested applicants to tender application.

The process which has lingered for a while saw myself and the Fire Commissioner’s meet with the Staff Development Committee and Board representatives earlier today to review the conditions and determine the best procedures for the continuation of the exercise.

In conclusion, non service officers and The General Public are once again to remain calm.
The Ministry of Ministry of Interior Nigeria through the CDCFIB is currently auditing while promotions, reposting and reclassification of officers and men in the service continues for all service agencies under the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) with the exercise to conclude by September.

Therefore, candidates are to note that the recruitment phases will take quick turn’s starting by early September, 2024. This is in compromise, our resolve with the board. Formation of technical, Screening and training team will equally be determined soonest owing to the outcomes of the transfers and repostings currently Ongoing.

I have not seen this type of recruitment in my life. This is absurd. For how long now

The suspense in this so called recruitment is just too much.They should do what they want to do on time and let people know their fate now.

The protest will definitely affect the releasing of shortlisted names.

Concerning this NNPC, for the Experienced Hire, is the experience necessarily needs to be in oil and Gas?

Concerning this NNPCL recruitment,please is the age requirement applicable for the experience Hire and secondly, some who had his first degree in 2020 and Msc 2024 can such person apply as experience hire.please response my people
