kolidave: depends on the skool. It mite be (if u know an insider that could help u,ur state of origin,d alphabet ur name falls in ,and dey mite just do random picking).

kolidave: don't be silly. Jamb gives admission not the schools. The competition is so much that its not everyone with good grades that are given admission. Sometimes there r certain criterias looked out for and Sumtimes there r random pickings.
