I need you to help me out with username as I've using it since 2009 and I've been using it to help people on this forum.

Nice and to me,PAYPAL is not strict and not that they do not want Nigerians to run account with them and it is just that they do not want Nigeria IP and they've already configured their robot to limit any account accessed from unsupported country.
The reason I'm saying this is that I restored one of my paypal account that has alsmost $124 in it that was limited last year December 27th when I used Doncaprio bolt showing Texas to access my account and to send $100 to one of my Nigeria paypal customer in less than 48hrs and they knew that I was a Nigerian because I even told them while I contacted them via email but they saw that the source of my money was clean,real and legitimate.
