yarimo:To heartless propagandists, recovery on empty stomach is real. |
The recovery is only on the pages of propaganda news outlets, doesn't seem likely to be felt by Nigerians in the next 10 years. Petrol is still selling for too high Dollar prices still rising There is still no jobs Companies are still shutting down Electricity is still epileptic at best, or non existent |
We also saw a video from Edo state the other day, where a man was lamenting. His whole house was destroyed and demolished by the state government, because his son brought one girl home and killed her in the BQ. This man was there in his house when the bulldozer came and brought down his duplex, bungalow and the boys quarters where his son lives. Is this right? |
One day when I returned to the country, I suddenly heard noises in a compound behind where we were seated and drinking. We rushed there only to see a bulldozer demolishing a bungalow, it just arrived from the back while we were sitting in the front compound. We asked why it was being demolished, they told us that a man who took up residence as a tenant in the BQ was discovered to have kidnapped someone some days ago, and was traced to the BQ that morning, by afternoon same day, they entire bungalow and BQ was being demolished, and the real landlord of the house is living in the city, not even aware that his tenant was caught, or that his house was being demolished that moment. He was called on phone and he rushed back too late, as the bulldozer was leaving, his entire sweat, properties and all just destroyed. |
Just yesterday evening, we heard that a man whom we are yet to know his full names, was caught in a village in Enugu state. We saw videos and pictures of dead people found in his house, with another story of a child allegedly discovered to have been kidnapped or trying to be kidnapped. I also saw clips of a place that looks like a shrine, where it was alleged that the man does his juju. We heard this man is a kidnapper, a ritualist and a native doctor, To a careful watcher, there are a few things missing from this story. I didn't get to hear how this man was caught, who did the proper investigation, or who found him ultimately guilty of all the offences before the swift punishment meted out to him was carried out. Was there a report written of this crime, by who? Did trained forensic people look the crime scene over to spot signs, was the man property interviewed prior to the bloodied mess who was seen on the first video being questioned, probably after beating and cutting him till about the last inch of his life? Was this man carrying out this kidnapping alone, killing the victim or victims alone, how many victims were they really, are there still bodies buried around, or in the bushes, are there still people working for him to kidnap or kill more people? What sort of weapons were discovered and recovered, what about money, phone numbers, etc? In the first video we saw online, the mans house have been torched, burned down completely with properties vandalised, a burnt car or cars could be seen in one of the videos, the shrine was actually being knocked down in the video, with parts of the building still aflame with balls of fire rising with smoke into the air, there was no police presence in the first videos online. The last video I saw was of a big bulldozer knocking the house of the man down. This looked like a government bulldozer. There seems to be police backing and presence in the latest videos, where orders are being barked over to some people. We also saw a lit of news alleging that the state government actually was responsible for demolishing the houses of the man. Maybe, he has been killed, nobody is sure anymore. This is a clear muddling up of crime, and criminal justice proceedures. What is the metamorphosis from an innocent person to a suspect, and finally to a confirmed criminal? Who should enforce justice when it concerns killing people, and when? Seun Nipfmod Fergie001 |
Wallade:You're limited by your fake reality, you have been surrounded for too long with corrupt people that you fail to acknowledge that there are people who are still honest. |
EvilMerodack:You're correct. ![]() |
Accountability kee you dia |
My relatives who previously scored 146 and 133 now scored 302 and 267 respectively. Nigeria is a disgrace. |
Shameless APC Ochinz found their way into the hotel? ![]() |
Wallade:Even if they use the achievements stuff down your throat, you will swallow it and ask me "what was his achievements as governor in Anambra " ![]() You're programmed to reject facts. |
Commentor:Help him make Nigerian companies more profitable ![]() |
Wallade:Yes I heard from the direct mouths of those who know him, better than you who heard gossips from 10th person account, or online gossip news like Linda ikeji blog. We told you that Buhari will be a disaster, glad you have confirmed he is the worst after we warned you. We also told you Tinubu will be worse than Buhari, so far, we are right. Vote for a proven track record. Vote for certain success, vote for Peter Obi. |
Commentor:Yes, he's doing well, that's why all companies are making losses, most companies have closed up and left. Fuel is now cheaper and dollar is equivalent to naira. They ar not even spending Nigeria money p buy up every opposition voices, apart from the great Peter. |

Who saved 5he $75 million which Obiano squandered to build the airport and more? Answer: Peter Obi. ![]() |
Misterone:Which communities? Stop believing nonsense lies. |
A governor behaving like Peter Obi ![]() |
Wallade:The history of Peter Obi is public knowledge. Everyone in Anambra knows all his parents, uncles, aunts, brothers, sisters and inlaws. There is nothing about him that I will need to be his senior to find out, his childhood friends and school mates are still alive and doing well. There has never been anything about Peter Obi that doesn't check out. Even his girlfriends in primary or secondary school has nothing bad to say about him. ![]() |
blacknp:What has that got to do with a kettle of fish? |
tunjijones:Yes, by a long mile. |
Commentor:No, that's not my anger, my anger is that I warned you all prior to the election that this man that is contesting under APC is a disaster, and now he has become a pronounced disaster and you still dont want to change your mind after the strings of failures. |
Commentor:His winning 2023 plunged the country into untold hardship that is still killing people. If you wish he wins 2027, you have a murderous intention over this country, dont you agree? If you disagree with my stand about his policies, which of them hasn't killed people enough? |
Commentor:He will complete his tenure, if there are people remaining for him to lead ![]() He's never going to make any good policies, he has never had a history of leaving any good policies before, considering his antecedents. Don't expect good from a bad situation. |
Wallade:Some things hasn't changed since this country started. Peter Obi has never changed his character since he was a child. He has remained consistent in doing good, even before becoming governor or joining politics. He has been consistent even as a student, trader and foreign based businessman. No scandals, no cases, no debts and no stories. He checks in every box in and out of season. That's why we trust him. He won't fail as president. However, the man leading the country today has also been consistent in controversial circumstances. There is nothing about him that hasn't been enmeshed in tumultuous circumstances. None of his stories are good, or straightforward. No history, no certificate, no good legacy and no promise of ever ending well. Some things can never change. |
Commentor:That's exactly what am saying, that's why we should pray that Tinubu doesn't finish them with multi dimensional poverty. If that happens, me and you won't be here arguing. |
Commentor:If they survive Tinubu ![]() |
Commentor:Let's even pray the lessons 2023 thought Nigerians wont kill more people, let's pray there will be people remaining till 2027 ![]() |
Educationalserv:You're not a business person. You know nothing about saving money. You're part of the squanderous generation who believes in raising state resources to buy up waste in foreign lands. You won't understand anything about saving money. Investing in a brewery for a state who imports drinks worth millions daily is a good investment, and has been yielding profits. Nigerian economy has eroded the profits of most companies, including every businesses that are facing the damaged economy. The investment still surviving now are even supposed to earn praise for even paying salaries. |
Ttalk:Comparison in terms of school buildings or the final products through the EXCELLENCE in their results? You guys will never learn. Your priorities are skewed upside down. |
Educationalserv:Too many differences. For one, putting Anambra state excess funds in an investment that will yield profits for the state is a masterstroke, only sophisticated leaders can do that, that's providing for your state in the future, while creating employment for the people of the state for many many years to come. It's people that work in those banks, it's the money that is powering the growth in Anambra today. Putting money in an unneeded coastal road is wastfullness wearing an emilokan cap. We have other roads that are totally messed up with disrepair across Nigeria, and we are abandoning those for a coastal road to wear a white elephant an emilokan cap ![]() And we even need to borrow billions of dollars to fund the unnecessary coastal road ![]() |
