Hi Yemmight,

pls i ve a friend who is a fresh graduate that read psychology and also a cipm student member for now, his current job is administrative but he wants to be in the personnel/ HR. He wants to take the PHR,SPHR,GPHR exam and forget completing the CIPM levels cos he feels those ones are on a higher levels.
Please what do you think?
i need your advice to pass it on
