I love this post. We need to be careful and prayerful about the family we get married to. To me, most importantly, we need to pray to God to give us partners that stands with us and has our back when extended family members come against us. If we genuinely and fiercely protect each other, extended family issues will not overwhelm us. The problem is when either party takes sides with his or her family.

When I was looking for a house, I never paid agents inspection fees before seeing the house. It is after seeing the house. Another smart thing, I did was to request for video and pictures of the house and made it clear to them that if they show me a house different from the one they sent in video/pictures, I will not pay inspection fee. One breached this rule and I did not pay him the inspection fee. The others kept to my rule and it went fine. Good development but my problem is that there is no time frame and percentage benchmark given to Landlords for rent increase. I expected to see things like "Landlord shall be permitted to increase rent only every three years of a tenant's tenancy not less with so so so percentage increament not more than that". That is the real headache of most tenants not these their lengthy write up that is neither here nor there.

I have always known that Sowore is a paid agent of Tinubu and his APC. He is someone that should not be taken seriously. I was just 7yrs when I lost my parents same day. I am the first born as well. Up till now, life hasn't been fair to me. Every night I cry because there's nobody to talk to or run to. Its a life I wouldn't wish for my enemy. Life has cheated and robbed me. I hawked pure water, sold gala, did Okada, went to sites, did househelp all in a bid to go to sch and sponsor my younger siblings.
Psychologically, mentally, socially, financially, I was affected. Sometimes u Begin to ask God why He gives room for all these deaths to occur. I don't even know what a family looks like anymore. I may not even marry because I like being alone.
Right now I'm suffering. I'm suffering. In my finals writing project. No support. Its very difficult. I've emaciated to the last . I'm just left with my Head standing on my neck now. Sometimes, I feel like ending it all. I would rather choose to have physical bodily pains than the mental, emotional and psychological pains I'm going through. No one to even share it with.

To look at someone fading into the shadow realm and still act non chalant is something i have personally seen nurses do.

A guy driving keke brought his mother in hospital. His sister was at the back crying telling her mother to wake up. The nurses where just there laughing and some cracked joke as how the guys cry was sounding funny.

I was shook to the bone.
But i realized these medical workers see death, pain, suffering and diseases regularly so that emotional side of them is completely erroded.

Honestly Jude is the problem here. How can him and his wife scam his own siblings? They have been the one bringing the money through their talents, because they gave Jude the opportunity to manage things for them, he decided to rob them. Jude is heartless and must be punished.

You need tp experience it so that you will know how it pains. The way this banks steal from customers through unauthorised debits is alarming this days. When you see them declare outrageous profits up and down, you don't know it's money they have been stealing from customers. They need this kind of craze from customers so that their eyes will clear and refrain from stealing people's money.

This is the height of injustice a woman can do to a man. Even if the man is impotent, why not agree with him on how best you both can have children than go behind him to do such injustice? I expect the men there to seriously push for this. Let the cost of DNA tests be made low enough to be very much affordable. At least if from the hospital bed it is discovered that the baby does not belong to the man, he can abandone her and the baby at the hospital and walk away so that the cheating woman can go look for the real father of the baby to pay the hospital bills, get them discharged from the hospital and raise the child as it is his. Woman please get sense and fear God for once. STOP THIS INJUSTICE!!!

I thought Obasa's son will win Agege as Chairman. He was initially being positioned by Obasa for the position. What later happened? Anyway the truth is that we need the youths to take over positions, let these old men take the back stage and serve as advisers.

Maikanti Baru formed his own team.

Mele Kolo Kyari formed his own team.

Now Bayo Ojulari is forming his own team.

I think NNPC successive new management is following a pattern. Bayo Ojulari's pattern is seemingly not different.

What we expect from you are as follows:

(1) Call a press briefing and outline your strategic plans for the NNPC. We'd like to know how you intend to tackle the myriad of challenges we are facing in the sector like oil theft, persistent pipeline vandalization and ineffective refineries.

(2) We'd like to have a personnel audit in NNPC. We want to know the various expertise of the staff and justification as to dismissing talent. One reason the refineries collapsed is that talents who managed aspects of the refineries were dismissed or retired without replacing them.

(3) The Russian-Ukraine war has led to an increased demand for gas in Europe, and this demand is likely to increase until 2029. Countries like Qatar are angling to ramp up production to meet the demand. What are your plans for gas?

(4) To the refineries, quickly do an evaluation to decide whether to sell them or keep them. In my view, they are better off sold. A private individual whose interest is profit would do everything to get those assets to work. We cannot commit salaries to functionless refineries.

(5) Tell us your plans for the marginal oil fields.

(6) We'd like to know NNPC's annual investments. The secrecy must stop. It is not a secret society and you are not a capone.

We celebrated your appointment and the senior management team. Now is the time to make a difference and hone your name into immortality as the man who led the recovery of NNPC.
