The recent event involving ibom air and the girl raised so many questions.
Many people have complained about ibom air staffs being rude like many many customers including my very close friend.
When I asked her why she's still using them, she told me that she don't have a choice because they're the only airline in Akwa ibom or calabar so unless you want to use road transport, then you must use them.
I heard Enugu is planning to do the same thing too.
While we commend states for having their own airlines and creating jobs note that monopoly breeds incompetence because when you have no competitors, you'll treat customers anyhow and believe me it's not good in anyway.
I heard they stopped other airlines from going those routes and this is what breeds such incompetence.
If customers had options trust me there'll be improve in services and customer inflows.

A state should not monopolize an airline
