Richtaiwo: He plainly stated the source, but because the figures offend your preferred worldview, you suddenly develop an urgent interest in methodology. Now it’s not just the source, it’s how exactly he arrived at these figures. Complete with furrowed brows and sudden statistical expertise.
Yet let one exasperated soul post the exact opposite on Twitter, without a source, a footnote, or even a coherent thought, and you will instantly endorse it. You’ll weaponize it as fresh ammunition to insult every living, non-living, and metaphysical creation known to mankind, all while breaking into loud hymns of praise for Pitobi, the revered Agulu oracle of unquestionable truth. that's your IMF stats for unemployment rate in the country, so nobody should whine us.

BewareOf419: That Eranko is from DRC and is a big shame for giant of africa not to have a single match official in this big tournament. If any team played the way Senegal played Morocco, there is not ojoro that can make them lose. But no, Nigeria team dey fear to play them, they played defensively, while Senegal played attacking with them. That's the best. Morocco may be doing ojoro, due to the host nation they are, and we are all biased because even if Nigeria host tournament, they will do the same and be calling it home advantage, but Morocco styles of played was dope. They really impressed everyone in Africa since world cup. |

Axis313: Is it a must to host and win Afcon? These Morocco own is too much, the intimidation against their opponents is too much, and CAF is unable to do anything about it. For this final I go with Senegal to win the trophy. same will be said if Nigeria or any country u belongs to host a tournament. I watched all or 95% of afcon, I never see where Morocco robbed people. Even with their style of play alone, you should know they are trying their best. |

Sports › Re: Nigeria's Loss To Morocco: How Would You Describe The Ghanian Referee? by princeade86(m): 6:53am On Jan 15 |
Nigerianlion: Nigeria vs Morocco was heartbreaking, but if we’re honest it was a case of fine margins. Nigeria played with spirit and created some chances, but Morocco were extremely organized defensively and made life difficult for our attackers. They defended in numbers and waited for moments to counter, and that strategy worked for them.
Missing the clear chances we had — especially in open play — really cost us. Football at this level doesn’t give you second chances, and Morocco took advantage when it mattered. The penalty shootout is always a lottery, and they held their nerve better on the day.
This loss hurts, but it shouldn’t erase the progress we’ve seen from the Super Eagles — the team showed fight, passion, and belief right to the end. We’ll take lessons from tonight and come back stronger. Football moves fast, and a tough defeat like this can be the fuel for better things ahead. chances with just two shots? Are u kidding me? 120 minutes, 2 shots, and u here saying chances. |
