I have worked in private sector all my life and have not belong to any Union and all employers have treated me fairly. If I am no longer satisfied with the working conditions of a company I look for another. Unionism in Nigeria is just a guise by lazy workers to idle around in a company without consequences. Every private company which dangote is one should determine if they want their workers belonging to any Union or not.

all over the world, there are bodies fighting for workers because both private and government bodies leaders are wicked. So stop been ignorant. So u can be changing jobs monthly if all the companies u working for treating u badly. It shows u will do same if u have ur own company.
