Don't refresh oh. It will clear out the answers you have ticked previously.

I mistakenly refreshed and my answers wiped, I had to answer all questions again 2mins to the end.

Yes, I had difficulty in logging in from 11am to 1pm before accessing the site. I used Firefox browser too.

I personally don’t think this is an issue, if you make it to screening, just go with the certified date of birth.
