Every city in the world has slum,even my personal favourite Cape Town also has slum as well,Paris,London,California has slum. The difference here is that slum are not integrated into other areas,slum are strategic positions such that it can be easily demolished down for government interventions. So Abuja having a slum isn't a big deal like you want us to believe.


Accra on the other hand doesn't have slum because it's a slumpolis,combinations of squalors,squatters and posh homes as Bright Simon tweeted here.
