For a .45 mm gauge of Agen long span, the man has quoted N10,488 per metre.

His computation indicates he is quoting for 334 square metres or so.

The workmanship is not included yet.

Assist me to peruse the above quotation. The building is a 4-bedroom bungalow. The length is 43ft by 72ft according to him. Also, he said the height of the kingpost is 22ft.

Great work, please I’d like to know if it’s possible to estimate the amount longspan roofing sheets that would be needed to roof a 3bedroom that’s 60 meters and the king post is estimated to be around 5 meters
