1) We have commenced formwork to 4th and last suspended floor for this block. The decision by the developer to stop at 4th suspended floor is a tough one but necessary to not overshoot our EDD, the implication is that blocks 2&3 will be G+4 (ground plus four floors) This was in good faith in a bid to satisfy our primary subscribers ( Shell COOPLAG) and meet the Expected Delivery Date.
