Hahahah...no need to be disgruntled na...its a fatherly advice sha...thank you...after the study leave all things being equal from what I understand that means its possible to jump from AII to ASI during upgrade/conversion(I.e jumping more than 2 other ranks to ASI II)

Hmmmm....Hope it won't take someone 10 years from Assistant cadre to AII

After six years what next...I think we have to really know the ranks one climbs from the assistant cadre... Seems their are some hidden cadres one get promoted to.

Really excited that you talked to us...please some of us are naive and ask questions repeatedly do well to answer and throw more light when available...someone mentioned about doing masters for someone who applied with Nce/Ond but had B.sc...since the B.sc was not tendered at point of receuiment how feasible is this latest info....thanks

has he not been promoted yet or he's unable to upgrade...let's know so the mind will be set on what reality is instead of thinking its as easy as ABC

My worry is those that have degrees but used ssce and got the job...How many years will it take them to get to ASI...and it seems those immigration courses are more valuable than running another degree when into the system...please somebody that knows the working of the system should give us hope on how to upgrade/convert please!!!!

you'll fill normal biodata(name,age, DOB,etc,account....some of the forms are duplicate so you'll have to fill twice and some firms they'll personally tell you what to fill

You can use current account from any bank...and you can also register with a pension fund manager before coming or you'll open one at the immigration headquarter....Don't mind the time scheduled for you documentation,just come early...pay attention to detail, ask questions and note that you'll take 2 or 3 days to finish everything as regards the documentation and ippis capturing but SURE of getting your APL that day....and eat before coming cos you'll write and get tired...
