358 mesh is a strong security screen combined with a thick wire diameter of 4mm, and a small opening in height. This design provides a barrier that is difficult to climb or penetrate. The closely arranged wires are welded to form an anti-climbing mesh panels.

The mesh is therefore extremely difficult to penetrate using conventional hand tools and thus gives a delay time under attack several times greater than traditional fencing products such as chain link mesh.


The closeness of the horizontal wires also makes for a mesh panel almost impossible to grip, thus climb, when used as part of a fencing system, and thus the name “Anti-climb”.

Solar road studs are flashing solar cell powered LED maintenance-free lighting devices used in road construction to delineate road edges and centre lines. Embedded in the road surface, they are an electronic improvement on the traditional cat's eyes in that they may give drivers more than a thirty-second reaction window compared with about 3 seconds for conventional reflective devices. The intense brightness of the LEDs makes them easily visible at distances of about 900 m under favourable conditions.
Averaging about 100 mm square or 100 mm diameter and about 40 mm thick, units are extremely robust to avoid damage by passing vehicles, and are normally constructed of engineering plastics and polycarbonates. The fence energizer puts a high voltage pulse of electric energy on the fence wire at 1 to 2 second intervals. In ideal conditions the energizer, the electric fence and the ground wire form an incomplete circuit. When an animal comes into contact with the fence while standing on the ground, the electric circuit is completed.

Electrons immediately flow through the animal’s body from fence wire to ground. This is experienced as a shock. The shock will only be respected and repel the animal if the voltage and energy in the pulse are at adequate levels.


Voltage and energy levels in the pulse are determined by the capability of the fence energizer, the condition of your fence and the quality of the ground system.
