Buddhism is a introspection based religion and Atheism is not. It is religion in a sense of a particular system of faith in Buddha’s teachings whereas Atheism has nothing specific outside of the concept of there being no god.

As per my experience, there are some Buddhist who are atheist and some are theist but the idea of pragmatic agnosticism remains same in both cases.

I'd advice you to get some friends that do share your views on social media(since your movement is restricted) they could live around your vicinity or could even be international. Also since you're at home you could start a hobby, maybe start drawing or a blog, just do whatever makes you happy and doesn't require you to move. I'd also advice you to not tell your parents if they're strictly religious. That would escalate things.
