How do i make bet9ja Customer service to respond to my inquiry, i deposited N500 into my bet account 4 days ago and it was successful but since my account was not credited, I contact them since that day no response, is it because the amount is too small ni or they just like swallowing people money make i run away?

I just placed a game with 2k in my 1xbet account and after that i was checking my past bet history.
I noticed the delete sign and pressed it thinking it would delete my past bet history, but it seems to have cleared both my past, present and future slips leaving my account 0naira.

I am in shock now.

Please someone should tell me this is reversible
